| Site 02 16 August Latitude: 78 26.319 N Longitude: 162 40.739 W This was a thin, fairly flat, and heavily ponded floe. The measurements included an ice thickness survey, soot sampling, ice cores, melt pond measurements, and a characterization of the surface scattering layer. Ice cores were taken from both ponded and unponded ice. |
