| Our ice morphology studies included observations of ice physical properties and measurements of ice surface morphology. The ice morphology strongly impacts the surface conditions, which in turn dominates the albedo. The surface morphology observations included characterizing surface conditions (snow-covered, ponded) as well as surveys of surface topography. The focus of this work is on understanding the evolution of melt ponds. | ||||||
